The Simple Truths of Existence are an ongoing series of higher wisdom channeled through Greg Campisi. They are unfolding into a multi-part body of work — a growing archive of audio, video, blogs, and books that reflect the truth of life and purpose of humanity.
When Greg first channeled Lighten Up, he knew it was no ordinary transmission. The energy was so strong, he acted it out as it flowed through him for nearly 3 hours. It resonated deeply, leaving him and his wife in awe. He immediately know it was meant to be shared.

What Are the Simple Truths of Existence?
In early 2024, something shifted within Greg Campisi, allowing him to become an open conduit of profound wisdom. Through meditations and journeys he began experiencing energy and visions, allowing him to witness and channel what he calls the Simple Truths of Existence.
These are not quiet nudges from the universe — they are a pounding at the door of reality, blasting Greg with intense energetic insights as to why we are here.
But here’s the thing — information coming through is simple analogies, concepts, and images that we can all understand. Nothing your mind won’t comprehend or struggle to accept—the material is simple, yet profound.
